I've been calling them all day, called over 20 time's ,2 times they picked up. I have the rubber parts that cracked and came out. They say life time warrenty. I was told John would call back today. No call. I told them I'd pay for the new parts, they wont take my order. I'm like so mad at this point. I've been nothing but nice on the phone. I just dont understand how people stay in business with no customer service.

i can understand the frustration and wonder where customer service is at a bunch of places, thump racing, deltran-the maker of battery tender , upr products all have given me the run around or ignored me.
you can buy energy suspension bushings in their universal section if you get no where.

I know the bar is 1 1/4 in thick. How do they stay in business when a customer doesnt really care about the warrenty & just want's to place a order & pay. They won't even take the order. Warrenty B.S.

There is no off position on my genius switch.

Ens Part Number: 9.5165. I installed the adcco used sway bars last week. Was missing the bushings. ENS is a great replacement and are greasable.

I have a few new sets of brand new Addco bushings because I refuse to install them. I also hate throwing things away I guess. [emoji6]
If you want a set there yours Chief, but I wouldn't want them on mine.

I had a bushing go bad on my metco rear control arm for my GN
I sent a message to metco asking if I could buy bushings for the USED SET of control arms that I bought used
They asked for my address and sent me bushings free of charge. I was floored
So I bought a new 1 1/4 front addco sway bar off CL last week. Bar only
Any preference on sway bar end link kit?
I just want black poly non squeeky bushings from summit

FYI Up date : Well I got a call from John ( From Addco ) This morning saying he was sorry about what happened. He said they moved from N.C. to Florida, had hard times & a few of his workers left. He will ship the parts out today ( Under warrenty ) & I'll have them tommarrow. He also said he is working on getting his business running better. Not too many say their sorry these days, I have to give him credit.
How many years old are the bad bushings?

How many years old are the bad bushings? They are 11 years old, Installed on Nov.25, 2005. The car is and always was garaged & they have 22,698 miles on them.

It's not the miles but age that is the enemy of rubber. And my back.

Addco sway bar bushings are polyurethane , not rubber big difference.

At that age, getting upset over slow lifetime warranty processing is silly.
I wouldn't have even bothered with a claim.

I wouldn't have even bothered with a claim. I wasn't worried about a claim, In fact I offered to pay for them, they wanted to do the claim. All I wanted was a new set to install. Bottom line . Makes no sence.
