You will need a new COT tube. He makes them too

Or cut yours up and reweld, pray it doesn't leak

You can also use the ON3 COT Delete thats what I have. A little cheaper too...

Cheaper, and looks aftermarket, I'm not a fan, I looked at them and weighed the options, I like the OE look and stainless was a bonus. All Jerry's parts are worth the $$$.
