I'm not sure why it happened but one of my fog lights decided to go explore the world on its own. I now have a broken bolt stuck in the bumper cover thread. I've taken it to 4 different shops who said they can't drill it/get it out without severely messing up the bumper itself. Not sure what to do here. Any ideas?

The bumper cover is soft plastic so I doubt a screw broke off in the cover. Maybe you mean the bolt broke off in the bracket? Can you post a clear picture?

I hate it when that happens. I will pray for a quick solution

Kind of a long video for a simple tool but maybe try an ez-out.

Ok, I checked in the light. The bracket is gone as you can see in the pic.
I've been told that the broken screw is in the left one so it should be this:

And the other hole just in case (sorry for the quality)

You can probably get it out with a good pointy pair of needle nosed pliers.

Worst case, cut it off and give the area a tooth with an 80 grit wheel and use epoxy or fiberglass to make a new mount. Use that to secure a bolt into place then use a nut to attach the foglight mount bezel.

Is the bumper hole threaded or just the missing mount? I can't tell from the pic.

The screws have an "aggressive" thread, like a wood screw. Are you sure the the screw is broken? You will need a new mounting bracket and fog light. The fog lights normally get a little of abuse. I'd replace both and upgrade to HID or LED.
