I have a 2000 Mercury Grand Marquis. What are some of the mods that would work for this 2v motor? NOS has a kit for this engine. The superchagers are pricy for the results. Anyone doing turbos?

Superchips Micro tunner

Lets' see. I have a 1992 GMLS w/HPP and I have added the CVPI PCM. Does your GM have the Handling and Performance Package?
One of our members has a CV with diffrerent cams. Allen Engine Development has a roots type supercharger. Steeda offers underdrive pullies. After driving a 2001 Audi TT coupe, A turbo would be nice, however, there is alot of hot plumbing that can crowd the engine bay.
Just my .02 and then some.

PI intake w/aluminum crossover
Steeda u/d's
Gatorback belt
Marauder 80mm MAF w/AB
PI TQ converter
CompCams NPI special grind or PI Cams
Dynotune
Or if you want real power go with www.allenengine.com 's CV/GM s/c kit. A turbo is overkill and is stupid on a stock internal engine. NOS is also worthless as you need to refill often. Best bang for buck is what I listed above.

the ADE supercharger should give pretty good results, really.
You can check the Innovative Interceptors forum here for quickor front and rear ant-sway bars and poly bushings.
You could go with a custom chip or tuner, or a superchips 1725 hand tuner.
If you are intersted in a Superchips 1725 tuner, I have one, new never used. send me a PM.
