Ok, as you may know the Marauder battery cable has been discontinued. If you don't want to have a custom cable made or want a larger cable size here are the options from the Ford parts bin. Look at the photos for reference.
The standard MGM/CV cable is a direct replacement. All you have to do is move your plastic retainers and alternator bracket cable support over to the new cable. This cable is part #WC-95755. Retails at about $110.00 This uses the same cable routing as factory running along the cam cover and down the back of the passenger side head. One problem with this is that the cable runs between the rear block and exhaust manifold. Some engine fires have started when this cable deteriorates and touches the block.
A redesigned cable setup was introduced in late 2004 for the CVPI. It has the part number WC-96002. This cable has a larger gauge wire for the alternator, ground and starter. It routes down the passenger front of the engine to the AC compressor area and then back along the oil pan to the starter. Not close to exhaust or making the sharp bend at the rear of the block. The only changes to make to install this are to drill a hole in the oil pan lip for the wire retainer and switch the plastic wire retainers around that hold the existing wires to the AC compressor area, and the alternator wire ring has to have the outside diameter reduced slightly to fit the MM alt. The cable is even cheaper than the thinner one. all the connectors line up with the MM. It's even cheaper than the MM one at abut $95.00 retail. Much easier to install than the original one.
I have done this on 2 MMs so far with great results.
Tried to upload the pictures but got an "invalid token" message. Maybe I can later.
