I have 16 of these custom made brackets that mount behind the drivers side kick panel. Utilizes a mustang dead pedal 87-04
You must mark the holes to be drilled in the kick panel on your own

These are a duplicate of the Kenny Brown design, offered many years ago

so you need
1) Marauder dead pedal braket
2) Mustang dead pedal bracket
3) Mustang dead pedal

I was under the impression that the Marauder bracket just needed the pad but it need the Mustang bracket as wells

The bracket uses the mounting points of the emergency brake cable bracket. The dead-pedal attaches -thru- the kick panel (need to drill 2 holes for the bolts/screws).

In case someone gets a hold of one of these here's an install tip. Mount the bracket. Take (2) 1/4-20 bolts and cut the heads off. Grind that end to a fine point. Screw them into the bracket. Put the plastic kick panel back on. Wiggle the plastic around on the points. Then when you take the kick panel off, you have the exact location to drill the 2 holes. Works perfect!

How much pushing can you do before it gives? I've used a dead pedal before to keep me planted in the seat but I worry this might bend if I really get saucy.

Looks like something that could cut your foot off in a accident. Anyone make a solid dead pedal made out of a hard foam or plastic ?

They are either 1/4 or 5/16. I recommend using grade 8.

I can check on Saturday when I am back in the shop.

They are about 50 cents worth if hardware. I’d be happy to send them to you if you need them.
