Alright, I've had quite enough ladies & gentlemen. Zack and Mac went out of their way to have a quality control arm manufactured. Anyone who says the control arm isn't of the highest quality and doesn't do the job intended is smoking something.
I, along with numerous others run the arms on my car. They do the job as advertised. Zack & Mac offered a performance/satisfaction guarantee on these arms. They did not offer a "Gee, I like these other arms better, so let me see if I can return these ones" guarantee.
For those who like the cosmetics of the Metco arms better, go ahead, buy them, they're a supporting vendor and the arms are top notch. HOWEVER, just because Metco came out with an arm that you might like better does NOT make it Z&M's responsibility to return your money. They DO have a restocking policy, which you're free to take advantage of at 25% of the original cost.
That's your choice. I will NOT allow the snide comments, innuendo, back handed subtle comments or otherwise to continue.
Don't expect a vendor to take back arms that you were perfectly happy with at the time just because something different came along.
Any further bull regarding this subject will be summarily deleted without notice and accounts may or may not be temporarily suspended depending on my percieved intent of the post.
If you have an issue with ANY vendor or their product, this site is NOT the place to air your problems, you have a responsibility to work WITH the vendor privately to resolve your issues.
I hate being put in the middle of this stuff and refuse to be.
