Electronic automatic temperature control

I have a 2008 mercury marquis. When I turn on Max a/c after awhile it blows through the defrost vents, then dashboard vents, then floor vents. Also I hear a clicking sound sometimes coming from the dash. What is wrong, and who can fix this.

Sounds like it's the EATC.
The clicking sound could be the blend door actuator. Run the EATC self test and let us know if you get any codes.
