Help! Wont start...

2004 MM. 160,000 miles.
Left me stranded at sons baseball game. Wouldn't crank (didn't even hit the starter). Next day tried going from park to neutral. It started. Later that day wouldn't start in park or neutral. Hour later it starts. Next day it started and died. Has not started since. Took the starter off and had it checked . Starter and solenoid was good. Still no start , no crank.. Nothing.
Replaced starter relay. And it is still not starting.PATS is working as normal.
Any suggestions. :(

Neutral safety switch. Why did they change the name . Lol. Do you think that could still be the issue even of it won't start in neutral?

After some more searching . It turned out to be a ground wire working lose from the clamp on the block.
