Any tips on replacing a rear door window. The dealership doesn't want to do it. Probably because we have the window already.

Easy job.
I assume the glass is broken since you said you have a new one.
Take off the door panel
Raise the regulator so you can access the rivets holding the window to the regulator
Using a punch, remove the shaft from the center of each rivet
Drill out what remains of the rivet
NOTE: If the glass is still intact, like when replacing the regulator, punch out the center shaft, break off the three "ears" on the rivet and pry the body of the rivet out.
Use 1/4-20 x 3/4 bolts, washers (2 per) and Nyloc nuts in place of the rivets to secure the window to the regulator. Tighten the nuts and bolts so they are snug - - DO NOT over tighten them or you will be replacing the glass. I prefer to use stainless steel hardware.
Make sure the window operated correctly.
Reinstall the door panel
