Weak AC / heat blower fan speed

It might just be me getting readjusted to the MM but it seems like the air coming out of the vents in the car is not as high as it should be. On high with MAX AC I can barely feel it blowing on my face. Could the blower motor resistor be weak? Any ideas? I'd like to get it fixed before summer and 100* temps get here.

Could be the EATC or the BCM.

Run the EATC self-test.

Have the o-rings been replaced in the EATC?

Try tapping the BCM with a screwdriver handle.

I haven't replaced the O rings yet. I've got about 90 of them left. Where is the BCM located?

I lost the MAX high a long time ago. Still trying to find a junk yard one that works properly. The last one I got only blows out the top vent, hence the o ring need.

The self test on the EATC made a difference. Not sure how, but it blows much stronger than before. I had to turn the A/C down last night on my way home.
