I'm new to this forum, but have been lurking around the many Ford forums for several years.
I have had my eye on a Marauder for a while, and finally have decided to pull the trigger when I find the right car.
I don't have a car hobby, its more like a mental illness.
Looking forward to reading the tech threads and learning more about the Panther chassis.

Finding a Marauder in Okinawa is probably like finding a needle in a haystack! I absolutely love Japanese car culture. Some of the cleanest and original lowrider and kustom builds I've seen have come out of Japan.
From one n00b to another, welcome!

Yeah...doubt there are any here, but I have been surprised at what shows up at the occasional car show.
I will be heading back to the land of the big PX here in a couple of weeks, so hopefully my chances will improve!

Welcome!..It will help if you can offer up some parameters of your preferences..Color, mileage limits, price range, stock, modified, location you will be in soon for better purchase ops. Are you going to ship it? There are members in Canada, Spain, Germany with Marauders..never have seen one,let alone for sale in Japan.
Goodluck in your search

Welcome.
Hawaii is about as West of the US mainland as I've seem Marauders other than the one that showed up recently in New Zealand. Haven't even seem Guam on the board. If you want one where you are shipping one there is in your future.

never have seen one,let alone for sale in Japan. The Japanese look down on American cars as too big, too poorly built, and too inefficient. A Marauder would probably give them heart failure...

His profile says that he is looking for a 2004 Silver Birch. Since he is rotating back to the US ( military term is Land of the big PX) in a couple weeks, I suggest that he hold off until he gets settled in the States. Depending on his new location, options here may be much, much better.

There are at least 1 or 2 Marauders over in Japan, the owner is not on here but I have seen him post in one of the Marauder groups over on Facebook.

Thanks for the info, Marvin...
The lowriders I get; some of the customised JDM cars are pretty wild but I never would have thought there would be a Marauder in Japan.

I'll be living just south of Atlanta, I have an independent duty billet as my next post. I am willing to travel for the right car, though - no better way to get acquainted with a "new to me" set of wheels than to fly in and drive home.
Speaking of that, are there any members in the Providence, RI area? There is a SB Marauder advertised online, but I can't get the seller on the phone (I've been trying for 3 was, staying up to ungentlemanly hours here to make the call). There is no e-mail address with the ad. Anybody interested in cruising by to see if it is legit, I'll figure out a way to make it worth your effort.
The seller is Rob at Rob's Custom Car Care (401) 433-1358.
