Crash Sensor Locations

Do we have 3 or 4? I know two are in the car either on the bottom of the B-pillar by the seat belt pretensioner or under the seats. One is on the radiator support visible driver side. Is there another one on the passenger side on the radiator support?

Yea thats the RCM Restraint Control Module the brains. Im talking just the sensors....Is it two on the front of the car or just one?

According to my estimating system there is one front impact sensor and one impact sensor per side.

There is a sensor between the B pillar and the driver and passenger side belt retractor cover. The P71's do not have them. I had to replace the right side passenger one. You are correct. One each side.

If equipped with side airbags, they are present.

That's the (RCM) Retraints Control Module. It's right underneath the gauge pod in front of the gear shift. That the control module you have to send out to get reset after a accident or if your airbags deployed. That's like the lil "blackbox" that records 20-25 secs of accident data.

My buddy was in a accident in his Marauder. I'm helping him with the SRS electronics. I knew it was 3 as I stated in my first post. Just wanted to confirm.

www.myairbags.com they can reset and send it back to you. They also can reset and rebuild your seat belt pretensioners as well for when the seatbelt locks up. I've tried this twice with a 2006 GM & 2003 CV. Worked flawlessly with a quick turnaround. $45 for the service plus shipping.

Yep, I saw it and 2 minutes later went to look at pic again and it was gone. I thought I was losing my mind!
