SB with no bumpers Jensen Beach Fl

I was at Mulligans Grille and saw a SB with Front and rear bumpers removed turning onto Jensen Beach Blvd. Anyone here?

I see a SB on Dixie around golden gate from time to time that needs bumper covers. haven't been able to talk to him yet. hopefully he is finally able to fix them or found replacements
