I discovered yesterday that both rear sway bar links were broken. They broke off toward the sway bar end. I have to be honest, I really couldn't tell they were broken when driving it. I discovered it when I was changing transmission fluid. I had to use a lot of PB Blaster on the rusted nut and a vice grip on the broken end. What a pain in the ass. These were the links that came with my Addco sway bar. O'Reilly Auto Parts had a Moog link and it's larger in diameter.

How do you think that happened? I'd be interested in how they broke. Mine came loose a couple of times, so I have to keep an eye on them.
I bought an Addco for the front, but a solid steel Quickor for the rear. I really like the Quickor, but the rubber bushings they supplied to fit in the brackets were almost useless they fit so poorly. I called Addco and threw myself on their mercy and they sent me their bushings which fit perfectly, no charge.

Rust...
Energy Suspension's bushings are far superior to Addco's.
They also sell bump stops and links.

Exactly! Energys parts are twice as big as addcos and definitely won't break on you.

My Addco rear bushings have held up well; coated the interiors with synthetic chassis lube and no problems.
I'll keep an eye on them though, and look into Energy if I ever have a problem with them.

Both? Once one snaps, how does the other side ever see force?
