Trilogy injectors-remove &replace

I am trying to replace injectors on my #15 Trilogy car. Ran into a problem on the passenger side, and need your help. Got things out of the way and lifted the fuel rail. It would not clear for #3 and #4 injectors because of the vacuum canister bolted to the passenger rear of the S/C cover. Two hex-drive short bolts hold the canister on, but I cannot access the rearmost bolt. What am I missing?

I never remove that. I just carefully pull the rail forward or backward while lifting. I haven't scored an O ring yet. Never fun though.
