Side Marker Lenses

I'm not sure who's car this is but maybe the owner or someone can answer my question. Is his side markers just tinted? Or is that painted that way? I think it's really dope and Im looking to get this done. Thanks in advance.

Probably Nite-Shades (http://www.vhtpaint.com/specialty/vht-nite-shades/). It was popular on the tail-lights a number of years ago.

Mines is identical to that one. It's called nite shades. Any local parts store has it. And it is easy. I did a light coat. Let it dry and went over it with gloss. Been done 6yrs and still looks new
