Got this in from RockAuto. Sprayed the fasteners with PB blaster. Got the EGR bolts and top plate cover bolts off no problem. Sprayed the big nut that threads into the EGR (looks like 27mm) and let it sit but it doesn't want to budge.

Always paranoid about breaking something, so how hard can I lean on this? Should I hit it with a bit of heat?

Another option is to just keep spraying penetrant on both sides and wait it out for a few hours while I finish other work.

That one never seizes. It's 1 1/16". Just crank on it

Drive until it hot then try to take off.

Thanks Zack. FBM, good suggestion, but got the car in a bunch of pieces, so it's not drivable right now.
