Looking at my RSB end links buffers/bushings that came with the Quickor RSB, and they're pretty much falling apart, with the rubber (or hard poly maybe) degrading.
I pulled out my OEM RSB end links and they're about an inch and a half longer than the Quickor links, with a smaller diameter center shaft. They also have a smaller end link bushing you can see in the pic that I can't remember where it came from, or was located in the assembly. The Quickor package didn't come with those equivalent small bushings. OEM end links pic attached.
I'm assuming there wouldn't be a problem using the longer OEM end links, with the fatter bar, but I'm thinking I'll just pull the bushings off the OEM links, grease them a bit and use those, (assuming I can get the centers over the fatter shaft.)
The Quickor end link shaft is a lot more substantial, and shorter pulling the ends up higher, so I'll try to stick with that using the OEM bushings.
If not, I'll be looking into new end links from Energy suspension.
Thanks for help identifying those smaller bushings. Need to start taking pictures of everything because after all these years I have no idea how that went together.
