I would recommend you have the letters made out of plastic (Tap Plastics) and then having the letters hydrocoated with a carbon fiber finish.

I don't know about carbon fiber. I just got the silver SS inserts 12 years ago, and they still look like they were just put on.

I don't know if this helps any, but here goes:

I just bought black gloss letters from "BD Trims," an ebay vendor. They sell in black gloss, red, chrome, and even yellow. They may be able to work with you on a carbon fiber look. Price was something like $20.

I have not installed the letters yet, but have test-fit them and all seems great.

click vinyl colors, it is at the bottom of their list. they do sell samples..I think around .25 cents each..I got my decals here for my first marauder, easy on, stayed nice etc..

I just seen this, I have carbon fiber vinyl in stock.

I'll need to know the actual font, but I can measure and test fit on Rileys car, he doesn't have inserts and not sure if he wants. I'll get photo of vinyl.

Actually I just seen the link RCR posted, that's perfect.
We have a plotter and supply's to do most things, once you make one the rest are free, 20yd of most color are 18.00$ carbon fiber 23$.
