Is the ABS tone ring on the rear 49 teeth - 4.5" diameter or 50 teeth - 3.7" diameter?

No problem. I'm getting ready to install the 31 spline axles and there are no ABS rings on them.

My Ford 31s came with rings on them so can't help you Jim, sorry... :depress:

Take them off your 28 spline axles, they come off easily.
