Look who blew in yesterday, Post Irma. Connie and Jack spent the night on their way down to Tampa for a wedding.
We survived the hurricane with just 2 pine trees laying across the top of our "birdcage" over the pool.
We were on our summer walkabout with our camper, having departed the house on the 1st of July. While in Nebraska last week we decided to cut our trek short and head home for the storm. We left there Thursday morning and got back here Saturday afternoon in time to get our 5th wheel back into it's RV garage bay and the King Ranch back into it's bay.
We have been running on generator since Sunday morning and the power company has stated that we may be back up by this coming Monday or Tuesday. Our generator is going through 200 gals of propane in about 3.5 days, have another order in to fill the tank again. We have a bigger Generac unit since we have a 300amp house.
