Friend of mine in Slovakia recently fullfilled his dream and imported a Marauder from Destin, Florida.

After a few weeks it finally arrived with him in Bratislava, here's a picture he's sent me after it was loaded off the truck. It'll now have to go through EU homologation which includes the installation of amber turn signals, rear fog lights and front parking lights before he can register it in his country. I'll try to get him to join here as well and hopefully next year we will all see him at Euro-Marauderville.

Hang it under the rear cover, or....... blow holes in the rear cover

Very cool. Does he now have the only MM in Slovakia?

Way cool...

Marvin, please remind him of how valuable and unobtainable Marauder bumper covers are. Better to modify a CV cover if necessary and keep the original safe. Better yet, put any extra lights in the fascia.

I used a relay and a couple of diodes and turned my hi-level brake light into a brake light/fog light

What's the deal with rear facing fog lights? How fast do you people back out of a parking space that the back up lights don't cover it?

That fascia is unobtainable as well.

For Marauderville IV, next year:

What size T-shirts are needed for the owners?
I have had to guess for the past three years. I hope they were close to correct.

Also, tell me what color you would prefer for the shirts. I have sent two blue (2015 & 2017 and one yellow (2016). Did the race track logo work for you this year?

That fascia is unobtainable as well.Perhaps, but at least a CV fascia is darned close and would be better than a CV bumper cover.

So usually the american cars in Germany mount them under the back bumper so no one sees the mount or bolts, just the light. If that makes sense. Will try to get a pic of one tomorrow

I hope he filled the trunk and rear seats with parts.

Found another one in Slovakia at an American car show in Bratislava but the owner was an absolutely retarded deep down communist at heart.

He didn't speak any English so my friend had to talk to him in Slovakian, he told him about this forum and that I was running a European Marauder club and asked if he wanted to join us.

All he said was I don't want anything to do with those capitalist westerners and he even yelled at me for wanting to take a picture of his car. I still snuck one as we walked off, shaking our heads.

Why would someone like this drive an American car? Poor Marauder! :(

WOW what a D bag :mad2:

Maybe he shouldn't be driving that gas guzzling, capitalist, free thinking piece of art.

I think he might be Jelly :P

Isn't one rear fog enough? If so, use one of the reverse lights as rear fog, then use crown vic amber turn signal tail lights. Done.

The car looked very well taken care of, he didn't let us look inside but the exterior was immaculate. Going by the condition I would say no more than 50k miles on it, made mine look like a beater.

Bratislava is a very modern city, lots of money has been invested in the past 2 decades. Eastern Europe puts us Westerners to shame these days in terms of infrastructure and development.

That's exactly what I did and I use green bulbs for the turn signals which will come out amber through the red lenses so my car looks completely stock. We also need white parking lights on the front which requires an additional bulb wired into the turn signals.

I would do switchback LEDs. They are white and then amber for turn signal usage.

These are the best and the brightest.
