Absolutely non-essential Marauder gear from Jake's Garage. I saw it in Hot Rod and had to have it. Pics. are in the Gallery (I'm too benighted to post them in the thread). Just for fun... :D

Whooooooa horsee! I looked at your pics, and you have some shots of MM's & Camaro's driving on Texas Motor Speedway! How in the world did ya'll manage that? Did you actually get to race or just open em up on the track? Let me know, because I would absolutely LOVE to get in on that! Let me know!

Maury (Cruzer) and Blue92 (our resident SHO dude) put this together. The '98 ragtop belongs to our new Bro- Robert. He is the founding father of the Walker Racing Team. His F-body is one of 13 made and he drives the s@#t out of it. I think we probably only ran about 80-85mph. The Pace Car kinda kept us down...The event is called TMS Laps for Charity and I think they do it pretty often. A search of the site will provide better details. It was fun  but not really my cup of tea- There's very little instruction (don't pass the pace car) and I worried about smacking into somebody else...

I just read the original post called "laps for charity". Should have read first! Are their any local events that let you open up completely on the top end...other than the Silver State Classic in Nevada?

"The Texas Mile" in the Goliad area is the closest wide open event I'm aware of...Never been there but I've read a lot of good stuff...
