Just wondering if anyone is left. Used to be a guy in Santa Maria. Thinking about driving out next year to visit family and would love to sneak in a meet while there.

Might want to wait until the fires are out.

Sent from my iPhone using TapatalkMaybe sometime next Spring/Summer. M-in-L has a place is Shell Beach so the weather is usually decent. We'll see, nothing definite as of 10/14. Just wondering who's still around. :)

If this comes off, I can likely drive up.

Pismo is a great place to rent a sand buggy to ride the dunes on the beach.

A few years ago, I did just that and it was hilarious. Just as we hitched a ride on the truck to get our rental Razor ATV, there was this group of Indians in a fully loaded BMW or Mercedes sedan who had just tried to drive onto the beach following all the SUVs that drive right on the beach. And the sedan right away gets sunk and stuck in the sand. And a bunch of young Indians and a old Indian lady get out of the car confused as heck. lol What were they thinking? ha ha

Yeah I see a lot of that happening every time I go. I usually park it and walk to the beach

There’s a lot of good places to eat as well and hang out spots. The Pismo pier is closed right now but there’s another pier close by
