Well, my friend Elaine and I went to a group dance of salsa and swing tonight and found out it had been rescheduledl. So we decide to go to the mall and end up taking the long way there. I see the LM dealership ahead and I said to her "have you ever seen a Marauder?" "nope". I pull in, and find out the silver has been sold. I look around for a few minutes and spot the last one left, a DTR on the back of the lot.

I park beside it and we start looking around. She took a lot of interest in it and was looking at all the fine details I pointed out. She loved the seats and center shifter, the autometer gauges and the "really big" exhaust pipes. She commented on the fog lights and lack of chrome going around the length of the car compared to mine. She said she'd rather have a spoiler, not a deck-lid but one like Cruztakers. She even noticed the god's head and asked what that was about. (She's very astute!)

Anyways, she thought it was very cool but said she'd rather see it in black!

Maybe I'll have to get a bumper sticker "My Salsa partner kicks YOUR Salsa partner's ass!" She is very cool indeed...one of those friends you like to keep around:up:

Hey James, Either way, if she was really interested in the MM or just showed interest for your sake, she sounds like a wonderful person!

What did she think of the back seat?

She was genuinely interested, asking her own questions and looking around longer than I expected.

Damn Marty...it's the same as mine so we didn't have to go over that one again:D

You know Barry, I don't know if she can cook, but when she picks something, it's good and inexpensive:)

But it's just unlike everyone else, including most of my guy friends who take one look and say "But, it's a Grandma car!? HAHA James likes a Grandma car!"

Uh...excuse me James...but, what about all this "Because I was driving Todd's car at 100MPH today...my Mom has taken away car priviledges for a month" stuff that you were saying last week....huh? Huh? :banned:

Salsa class is "educational"

Besides, I'm off after this weekend if I'm lucky. I was able to get away with 2 weeks by not arguing with them, and just staying cool about everything. I learned SOMETHING from that trip...not to sweat it:up:

And I was only doing 80, you were doing 100:rolleyes:

I would concur. A young man with decent social skills will live a happier life than a hound. She sounds really cool, James and I'm glad you posted your story.

Of course, every family needs a wacky uncle to keep things interesting...That's your uncle Marty!

Well Dan, she just happens to be the in the green shirt beside the black Jetta in the Gallery just posted. 4 cars in a row picture.

But I don't think marriage is part of the question now. I can't at this point I don't imagine myself with her. Although...I've got a lot of other things to worry about, but as a hypothetical question, that's your answer. I dated her in the past, but she is best as an awesome friend, the best female friend I've had. Either way, she's slightly taken by the guy driving the red Taurus.

But remember, I'm already taken:D But wait, I'm 17! What the hell am I talkin' about!?!?!
