That's not the standard Marauder cluster. The chrome trim and Autometer script shouldn't be there. Either it's a custom cover or maybe from the prototype Marauder.

And it's cheap.

prolly overlays..Scott Hrbacek used to make them for many vic, marquis owners. prolly looks good with autometer gauges in pod and even A pillar gauges

Jesus, why didn't I see this a day ago.... Would've bought it on the spot. I didn't think any parts from the S55 concept survived.
