Haven't been on the forum for a while but, I'm glad to be back. I kept seeing another black '03 here & there around town. People at work came in one day to ask why I parked in a different area. I said I was parked in my normal place. It turns out that a new employee has that other car. We bonded.
A friend had a benefit for a nasty motorcycle crash in July at a fairly local bar. a guy he worked with has the 3rd one I didn't know about. Bone stock '04.
We also bonded. He recently retired & has seen my '04 Interceptor driving around town. The co-worker claimed he had looked up some information & found that there were five in the state (WI). Although mine has Kooks LT's and mandrel bent exhaust, and CAI, I am unaware of any other modifications if any that it has. The 2nd car has no headers but, better pipes . He replaced the air bags suspension with coil overs but , the rake is a bit too high for me.

That's my story. Five long months of storage awaits.....

Hi, I am located in Wi. Only 5 marauders in Wi? I guess it is possible but I would think there are more. Mine is a 03 Blue that I bought a few months ago. Also now stored for the winter.

I was reading the posts & didn't connect that you had the blue one, nor did I remember that you are in my state. We could almost start our own Marauder get together. It would be a small bunch but, we could invite the Crown Victoria, Interceptor, and Grand Marquis enthusiasts to perhaps join us.. Thoughts ?

Also, I did check threads to try to find out the actual number of Marauders know to exist. 2,700 & something. I also checked the 94-96 Impala SS. The production numbers were obviously higher so, it would seem logical that there are more still snorting about. I can't remember but, 8-9 K plus change, seems to ring a bell. Dad had a '94: I was 31. Still couldn't drive it without him in the passenger seat staring at me like I was 16 again driving in his car with him. I guess that I am more like my father than I thought....

For the record, I have a friend in Eau Claire who has a Blue. I don't think she's on here though.

I'm in Delavan and I see another JPB driving around Elkhorn occasionally.

Probably more than 5 as the 03's ID as MGMs. Probably 5 - 04s.

Hi,
There is a Midwest group that includes Wi. I have seen a few messages over the years with folks getting together in Wi. If memory servers correct there was one at a car show somewhere near Milwaukee a few years ago. With all (or most) of the cars now in storage maybe we should look at this again once we get the cars back out.

Well there are way more then 5 in the state. I own a stock 03 and the built 04. One of the guys near me is on here but not often he is putting car back together. Another friend of mine just bought an 03 this summer. So that is 4 cars in a few miles of each other. There are a couple I see float around here but not on forum that I know of. I would be up for a meet in the area again if people want to gather.

Great to hear from all of you. I am happy to hear that there may be more Marauders in WI than I thought! Yes, when the cars are out of hibernation, we should talk about a get together. We do need lead time/advance warning so that we may work out the logistics & make sure that everyone who is interested has time to consider the unknown Summer date.
