So around 90k miles, the pan started to drip. No biggie, dropped and replaced. It still leaked. Shop did it. It still leaked. They did it again, and now about 3k miles later, drip drip drip ....
Now the car does sit for sometimes 2-3 weeks at a time, but I don't think that has anything to do with it leaking.
Any tricks? Anything else I should be looking at?

Which pan? Oil? Trans? Where is it leaking?

Make sure the bolts aren't over torqued. To much torque can deform the metal.

Having worked on 5 different Panther transmissions, some multiple times, none have ever leaked using only the OEM gasket and torquing the bolts to factory spec. 10 ft/lbs.
Either you're using an inferior gasket or the pan flange is distorted.

Transmission Pan ... Should have stated that earlier. :D
Will need to check the pan flange, as the gaskets have all been OEM.

They probably used an air tool on it and deformed it. Laziness.

Yes, but it was _faster_! And that’s the most important thing to a whole bunch of short attention span people out there. So what if it leaks?
Thinking it through and doing it right makes their brain hurt.
On the plus side, now you have a legitimate excuse to get a deep pan. [emoji18]

Are you sure it’s not the yellow plug on the drivers side of the trans? Held in by one bolt. The o-ring goes bad

No, no I am not.
When I crawl under this weekend, I will look at that as well.
Hoping that it is something different, really dont want to keep replacing the gasket-yes, I know it can be reused, but since it was leaking ...

If the holes in the pan are pushed in you can reform them with the end of a ballpeen hammer.
