I have a few OEM Marauder wheels that I rescued from a local junkyard, however the wheel condition is very poor. I am thinking of sending them somewhere to get them re-finished or restored back to like-new condition and keep them as spares. I have contacted a few places locally, however they only give a one-year warranty and wheel re-finishing is not something they do regularly.
Does anyone have any recommendations of a reputable location that they have used for wheel re-finishing or restoration? I don't mind shipping the wheel in the lower 48 states if the business does an excellent job. Thank you in advance.

I used Blackburn Wheel in Macedonia, OH on my first marauder, pricey, $200 +ish a wheel. they glass bead them , machine polish, clear powder coat. They won't look exact like a factory wheel. have pics on my phone. Present marauder went PVD which is a deeper color than aluminum as it is chrome.

Did you get the PVD done at the same location? Do you like the PVD look more than the factory look? How long has the PVD lasted?

pvd done at detroit wheel, can take 30 days to get back. it was like $150 or so eachplus shipping not including wheel repair, curb rash etc. will need repaired by them. pvd has like a 5 year warranty. I like the pvd, pics on phone as well. pm your phone and can text pics

I recommend that you google search locally. Most car dealership will have a contact that they use locally. I would go to a big name dealer Ford, GM etc.

Visited the Arlington Heights location yesterday, got a tour of the plant. These guys do a lot of custom work, and their repairs seem flawless. All the correct tools are on hand, and they have about 5000 wheels in stock. I looked over some samples of both repairs and custom builds, I'm very impressed.
I dropped off one damaged rim I bought from a wreck, and my unpolished spare wheel. The damaged rim will cost 109.00 to repair, and I added a 30. option to have the inside polished and clearcoated too. I'll be taking all of my wheels in to have the insides polished and clear coated.
They said the turn around time on the unpolished rim would be two weeks, so, I asked him how much to replace it with my unpolished wheel trade in? 109.00.
Look 'em up, it's the best price I found on this kind of work.
