It is called a door striker. From Tascaparts.com "ACTUATOR STRIKER - FORD 6W1Z-5422008-A" $7.06 each. Pretty sure you can not just buy the plastic part of it from Ford.

They sell them at basic auto parts stores under the “Help!” brand too. I just had to do one on my LTD.

The “Help” ones won’t work I tried them and I don’t want to buy the complete actuator striker I just need the plastic part

what is wrong with your plastic sleeve? take one off or yours off and flip it around if it worn. Don't see why you wont spend $6 or so dollars to just replace it all. It requires the same amount of effort.

You will not be able to just buy the exact sized plastic sleeve. You'll either have to buy a complete replacement OR go to your local yard and remove from other Fords. If you choose the yards collected as many as you can since the elements will dry out the sleeve and then they will crack apart soon. I stopped at a dozen and hung them on my garage wall.
