Where this piece come from?

I opened my hood to do my oil change and noticed this plastic strip sitting on my engine. Where did it come from? It's completely separated from somewhere but can't tell where.

ok, I'll take the radiator cover off to see under to the radiator and see if its more apparent where it separated from. Thanks.
