Replaced the factory radio with the replacement talked about here. Seems like it is slightly larger? Will not push all the way in to lock inplace like the original did. Anyone else have this issue?

Yep, that is the radio. It almost seems like the wire (Larger one on the left) needs to be just a tad longer? And yes the left side is the one that stick up a little. Hate to press to hard and break something.

The wire harnesses are what you are fighting. Make sure the one harness is clipped into place,... that probably the one that's too short anyway

Try and move them around and push

Which one should be clipped in place? The larger one (on the left) is clipped at the top of the dash near the front. That is this one I am thinking may be to short. I was thinking maybe it should be unclipped to give me more wire?

Hi,
Did you have to unclip or move any of the wires to get it to snap in?

It might help if you remove the EATC and reach up and behind to guide the wires / connectors.

Thanks. That is a good idea. Will try it.

Have not had a chance to try it yet. Was working on wet sanding and buffing to remove a few scratches on the hood when we had some nicer weather.(Which by the way came out great).
Now just need more nice weather so the garage is warm. Hate working on the car when it is cold out.
