Once removing the air ride system, what is required to make the ECU happy - stop the error code? Is there some some sort of trick to keeping the ECU from throwing the code?

The PCM does not see air ride.

Remove the bulb from the cluster.

Yes, I am serious.

If you don't want to pull the cluster you can cut the DG/LG wire (pin 11) on C2131a, which is the black connector on the RAS module behind the glove box.

These are not codes you’ll easily address yourself.

Have you asked yiur tuner for help?

Yes. The prior instructions for C1770, C1775 and B1869 have been shared. Thanks to all for the help.

Too bad you can no longer disconnect just the RAS feature from the RAS/VAPS module.
