I don't know if anyone has covered this yet, but, you can get the 03/04 Ford Technical Service DVD for the Marauder to work in Windows 10 following these steps. This will eliminate the need for the DVD also.
1. Install the DVD as you normally would. Ignore the Adobe Acrobat and SVG viewer messages. Don't run after the install yet.
2. Browse to the installation directory. The default is: C:\TSO
3. Create a folder named: 00-04 Disk
4. Copy all the contents of your DVD to this newly made directory
5. Go back to the TSO directory and save a copy of tsobrowser.ini to some place safe. Right click on the original file "tsobrowser.ini" and select edit.
6. Change the line: 00_04=01~3~D:~stock\home.htm~2 000-2004 Service Information~February 2003
to: 00_04=01~3~C:\TSO\00-04 Disk~stock\home.htm~2000-2004 Service Information~February 2003
Save the file and exit.
7. You need to open Internet Explorer at least once so it appears in the list for step 8. Open your Cotana search bar on the bottom left of the task bar. Type iexplore and open Internet Explorer. You can close it and proceed to step 8.
8. Right click on the Window icon on the bottom left of the task bar. Click Settings. Click on Apps, then Default Apps. Click on Web Browser and change the default from Edge to Internet Explorer.
Now you can view all the pages and diagrams as normal and it will run faster not having to load from DVD
