My rear panel is great looking but all of the fasteners holding it in place are stripped. Not the fasteners themselves, but the anchors holding them into the plastic. They just spin and spin. How is your panel, looks and fasteners wise?

In regard to your "wasting half the board members time" comment. This board has wasted way more of my time than I have of theirs. Some of them (like you) were just tire kickers, or wanted something in perfect condition from a 190k mile car for nothing (again like you). I took the time to take pictures and email/text to them to members to never even hear a word back from them. One guy was supposed to come by yesterday to look at it, everyone wants a quote to ship xyz item across the country. Plus trying to deal with all of the PM's a day and trying to keep everyone in order of "who was first to post." Besides, upkeep and mods do not add value in the used car market. A wrecked 190,000 mile car, with I would assume a tainted title now.. You could have bargained an agreeable price instead of throwing a hissy fit. Or followed the rules and simply added a price. He can’t read your mind so of course he started low!

No insurance settlement to add on to help the sale?

Someone made the comment about what ashamed it was to part out a Marauder that could be fixed. I posted that I would be willing to sell it complete. No I didn't not put a price (I didn't know that was a requirement.) It was not reported to INS if you read any of my posts in either thread, so therefore it still has a clean title. I did not throw a "hissy" fit and I apologize that I didn't read the rules before posting. No insurance reported/ no settlement. Thank you for adding your part to this argument that you were not apart of.

He wasn't the reason I backed out on selling it. I didn't back out on anyone either. I got pictures for everyone that asked. No one could follow simple instructions of sending me a text to ask for pics or sending me there number. Most of the people would ask for pics and so on and I never would hear back from them. He lowballed and I responded with my lowest price, he's the one that never responded to me until I made my post about not selling it anymore. I guarantee you that if he were in my position he'd be pretty upset if someone offered him that for his item. Again at this point I'm just happy my wife is ok and I have another Marauder. I now have a parts car or can slowly fix it if I desire.

Here we see that Jtrip doesn't know how to use the quote function and thinks that being 1/3 of a price is "pretty close" to my retort again all in PM's. Aren't you a land surveyor? I sure wouldn't want you to measure off a piece of property for me. But then again, I'm sure you're just the rod man, and certainly not the one that operates the instrument (that would require talent). Do you know how I know this? It takes zero skill or ability to cut brush out of the way and hold a rod for the other guy to shoot a line to close the boundary.

If you need it, then I DO NOT want it...if you aren't using it, then yes I'm interested. Either way. Charcoal interior parts aren't as common as the lighter colors in the pick apart yards, but there are police cars in this area that have a black/dark interior. A sail panel is a sail panel luckily...CV/GM/MM. I appreciate you offering though. A good Marauder guy!

The 1977 Pontiac Can Am is another favorite of mine. 1700 or so built - super rare. Hope to buy a well maintained, complete car one day. Love the GM 'colonnade' cars.....
