It appears SW no longer carries the exhaust system that matches their LT headers.
I know years ago MBS made a kit (Birdman hit me up) it seems to not be available either.
For the guys making big power where did you get your 3" exhaust? Motown is excluded no offense Roger your exhaust is beautiful but I cannot drop that kind of coin.
I need a 3" exhaust ASAP

it was changed to 2.5 inch due to clearance issues and fitment

It shows 3" at the X to the mufflers and 2.5 the rest of the way
Either way neither are listed available in the SW site

They changed the tail pipe size. Weird they aren't listed anymore. Could call them I wouldn't think the would discontinue it after making revisions. But you never know.

It's only gonna get you 5 rwhp. Not needed

Agreed. The stock tail pipes behind the mufflers are adequate as is. Unless you are making chassis twisting, mmx driveshaft snapping, rear end shattering, 31 spline axle breaking power. But if you have the coin to do that, then you should have the coin to spend a little bit more on a custom exhaust.

If you want 3" from MBS you'd need to go to them in person since they would need to take measurements and tweak stuff as it's made.
My go to guy that use to work there and did one 3" for a local PA MM owner (not sure if he is on here or not).

Thank you for your opinion....
DMjarosz you just described my build.... LOL....:banana2:
North of 850-900rwhp would benefit from 3" It's been proven countless times

There has to be a mandrel bending exhaust shop in the south. What state are you in?

No, but I heard that Brian (the guy who really did Todd's work) is still (or back) in the business at a different company. MO may know more details.
Maybe he spells his with a Y

I used MBS for mine 3 yrs ago. The gentleman who did mine left and started his own place. It took him 11 hrs

I also had mine done by Greg, he opened his own shop called the Pipe Dreams Fabrication in Manchester, MD. As far as I know he does not have a mandrel bender, but I’m sure he can make you a 3” mandrel bent exhaust by piecing it together using prevent pipe. His work is second to none.

You know any electricians? Most every job I work on the sparkys have hydraulic mandrel benders capable of up to 4” at least.. The radius might be the deal breaker though. I’m not sure how tight they’re equipment can go? Worst case just buy your own bends. That’s how I did my last headers and X pipe and I think I recall Zack doing his Lincoln?

Yep, that would of been Greg, mine was 2.5" and took him 10 hrs to complete.

Been trying to find some time to take my MKS to him and see what he can do to it.
