Shifter Question

Does anyone know it it's possible to take off the stock shifter and replace it with a regular shift knob? Is there a way to take the button off the shifter so you'll only have to push the brake to change gears?

What do you mean "regular shift knob" The one off a grand marquis? Regarding the button, no. Nor would I recommend trying.

You mean like one in the PT cruiser or something? A different nob that you could order from JC whitney or such?
