Has tire always been on right rear or do you rotate tires?

Never heard of that on a live axle car unless it hit a curb really hard.

under inflation air pressure can cause, possibly worn out bushings on control arms. does the car sway in the rear when driving, lane changes?

Do you mean the inside of the rear tires were down to the metal belts?
Because down to the treads makes zero sense...

When you do a alignment check, there will be rear alignment will show up too. It is not adjustable, but items do wear.

Go for a alignment CHECK, i think its 20-30 bucks, or sometimes free if you dont want it done.

They will put it on the rack and then you can see if its a wear item from the 4 wheel alignment printout.
