Broken front sway bar mount stud

I loosened my front sway bar, at the frame, to clear hoses out of the way during my engine change. They were very rusted. When I went to tighten them back up, I snapped the front stud on both sides. The stud just turns inside the frame with the nut still on it. How can I get to the other side of this bolt/stud? Anyone else with a similar issue?

They just clip into the frame. Remove with a screwdriver

Cool. I found the part number. I'll have to order new ones.
