The ‘repair’ screwed up my 2003. ETAC, clock and I don’t remember what else stopped working. Took it back and they fixed it.

Recently I had the passenger door open and, if I remember right, I hit the door lock button. Later I noticed the dome light, clock and ETAC don’t work. I checked all the fuses in the fuse box and I don’t see any blown.

1. Would a Ford dealer entertain undoing the repair?

2. Given what has happened I really don’t want to use my original dealer.

3. Any chance of finding someone that can really figure it out?

I haven't seen the "repair" (cut wires, etc.) but I'd think a competent mechanic should be able reconnect the wires using solder and heat shrink tube.

I still offer my LCM repair services.

If you can take a picture I'd like to see the job they did.
