Does anyone have the repair manual for the 2003 they can email me? I bought it several years ago on pdf and now I can't find it :-(. I have an over heating problem now and think I may need to change out the radiator.
Would appreciate the help!
Thanks!

Changing out the radiator is an easy job. A few bolts, couple of hoses and it's out.
Most likely your over heating is caused by air in the system. You need to burp the cooling system.

Thanks!
Recently changed the thermostat and tried burping the cooling system through the radiator cap.
Will use this procedure to do it right.
Thanks so much!

You can't do the burp procedure thru the radiator cap.

Is the degaussing tank cap tested good? With no pressure in the system the motor won’t cool

I'll follow the procedure in the link. I got a little cooler tstat than stock at 180 and I already replaced the cap.
Hopefully burping it correctly will take care of it!

Replaced the thermostat and radiator cap and still had overheating. Followed the coolant burping procedure given here and all is now good!
Thanks for the help!
