Cluster Lighting Issue

So, my cluster is well lit, with the exception of the speedometer needle. It is only illuminated near the base. I can't see the end of it when driving at night. The cluster bulbs have all been swapped out with LEDs. Did I miss one?

There are 6 illumination bulbs. There is a + & - on the LEDs. You may have one in "backwards" or the LED may have failed.
