Parking break

How far down do you guys have to press to get the parking brake to engage. I have to go practically all the way and when I do it feels like the pedal is going to fall off.

Another warranty issue...............

I thought these cars get "dealer prepped"

JohnnyB, mine seems to be fine. Push down a little was and it works great.

My parking brake feels normal...goes down maybe half-way...

Finally have a sunshiny day here in the NoEast. Gonna go for a long ride today. I'll check out that E-brake.

Wash, wax, full tank of petro. I think that's about the extent of dealer prep. IMO, the dealer prep should include the repair of common "known issues".... Like the supwoofer, or the steering wheel cover issue.

It is supposed to. They are supposed to to a road test too, and check things like CC, wind/road noise etc. There is a checklist they go over. Did you get a copy with your car?
