Return fuel system problem

BRG Racing installed a return fuel system with dual pumps. However, the Marauder ECU is throwing a fault associated with fluctuating voltage.

For all Marauder owners with return fuel systems, how did you interface with the ECU, please?

you have 3 options when swapping to return style

easiest option - leave the fuel system set to stock returnless in the tune so the fuel rail pressure sensor corrects if fuel pressure drops

disable the fuel pump voltage kam switch and set the pump voltage table all 12 volts and disable any trouble codes it pops up with

use the current fuel pump wiring to trigger the new pumps relay

2- set both fuel system type switches to return and wire up the fuel pump to kick in with the ignition sw - not safe but many do it

3- write some code in the ecu to turn the pump on and off correctly

ideally you only want one pump on til you need the second so long as your pump has a check valve and you have the wiring to do it
