Well after weeks of searching I have decided to buy a used Marauder. It really took some time, but I found a nice used one on ebay and I bought it after the auction closed. It has a big scratch on the trunk, but I guess that is an excuse to shave the rear emblem.
I had a tough debate on if I should buy new or used and since I plan to mod my Marauder I thought I should just buy used and save the rest of my money for mods. I need a list of all the mods so I know where to start first.

Welcome, klmore...you are definitely in the right place...
The blower is an excellent choice, but for those of us who DON'T have 8 large to spend, here's a partial list of neat-o things you can do for a lot less money...
chip or ECM reflash
cooler plugs
180° thermostat
4.10 gears
underdrive pulleys
The above is known as Stage 1 and will run you under a grand if you can do the work youself...and will result in the single biggest bang for your buck (other than the blower).
Beyond that, there are: bigger rear sway bar, beefier control arms, transmission cooler, various headers, high-flow cats, various brake upgrades, etc.
Most of the pieces are are available from Dennis Reinhart (www.reinhartautomotive.com), Wes Chain (www.innovativeinterceptors.co m), our very own Zack & Mac Industries, Metco (www.metco-inc.com), Kooks (www.kookscustomheaders.com) or one of the other fine site sponsors...
One mod that you should ABSOLUTELY consider, if you are going to do any (or ALL ;) ) of the above mods, is to replace the stock FAKE oil pressure gauge with the REAL one...AutoMeter part #4327 from Summit, Jeg's, or your favorite speed shop...(yes, I know the one in your car says "AutoMeter" on it, but unless the previous owner already replaced it, it's still a fake...)

Also, you need to get a set of the fender badges before they are all gone. And they will be all gone very soon!

What do the fender badges look like?
I have a couple of grand to spend on mods and I have planned to start with the 4.10's, ECM reflash, plugs,180° thermostat, 4.10 gears, headers and exhaust.
Do the underdrive pulleys really do that much?
Is there a good cold air intake that bolts in?
Who makes the best programmer program for these cars?
I'm trying for low 13's in the future will these mods get me there?

How did you get the car if the reserve wasn't met?
Just curious.

I didn't even see it until the auction ended, but I called and struck a deal. I actually paid less than what the auction ended at. I'm still not sure how that worked out. :coolman:

1. Yes, they do...the motor seems to spool up quicker...feels looser...it's hard to describe, but they have a noticeable SOTP feel...
2. At this time there is only one unit available, and there's been some discussion as to whether it's worth the money...the Marauder has one of the lowest restriction intakes ever put on a Ford product, so gains (so far) have been minimal...
3. Superchips Custom Tuning. (www.superchipscustom.com)
