Is there a 2 gauge pillar mount that runs the whole length of the pillar? What about 3 gauge?

The reason I am asking is that it seems as if the 2 gauge mounts are half length. If I ever have to take the pillar gauge mount down, I wouldn't want to see holes in the middle of the a-pillar.

You can get a cvpi pillar with the spot light hole in it and attach the new pod to that one. Save Your original.

Great idea. I have 4 or 5 in charcoal and one in tan I'd sell cheap.

Since I got Lotek (http://www.gaugepods.com) to make the pillar pod for the Marauder, and sacrificed my A pillar cover in the process, this is what the Lotek guys said about mounting the pillar pod: "Since the OEM A pillar covers are part of the federally-mandated safety equipment they suggest that it be mounted to the existing A pillar cover."

The Lotek A pillar pod is sufficiently ridged to be mounted by itself.

So are you saying that the Lotek a-pillar pod cover now replaces the OEM a-pillar cover?

The OEM pillar for my MM is in the attic, I didn't use it

I used longer screws to secure it to the steel behind the A pillar

Easy peasy

Same. I went to the junkyard and grabbed a few for $2 each.
