I just got this 04 this is under the dash above my feet what is it I’m not sure how to post a photo but it is a small box w a green label says THIS SIDE SKYWARD-swat3e below that blue led -searching below that GPS DOUBLE FLASH- 3D lock below that Red led single flash - found network below that GSM double flash communicating

Sounds like a GPS tracker. Usually installed by the dealer. A buy here pay here type dealer. It makes it much easier to repo when you can't make the ridiculously high payments.
