The code says bank 2 sensor 1 stuck lean

1- I checked all the vacuum lines n changed what needed to be changed
2- new spark plugs motorcraft sp433
3- new MSD coils 82448
3- new BNR alternator 250amp
4- new oem o2 sensors both banks, the rear sensors r deleted with sct tuner
5- new fuel filter
6- cleaned the fuel injectors b cuz i bought it 6 months ago
7- new JLT intake

I did all this n there was a good improvement in the car but the code is still comes up if i erased it

On the highway when i go 75mph n up n when i come to a slight climb the engine heat goes up n quickly goes down when i slow down, n i noticed that when i changed the alternator the cam position sensor code was also gone but the power is still weak between 13.1 down to 12.4 volts

I have a 4.10 gears on it so the rpm is high on the highway
Rear cats r deleted but the code is there even before the rear cats were deleted.
I didn't clean the MAF sensor i think if it was dirty both banks will be stuck lean
I contacted marty n he helped me with some diagnostic but still nothing is solved, i took it to an electrician n he saw the o2 sensor connector is kinda melted but not shorted so he fixed the wires but still not solved, any ideas?? Maybe a stuck valve?? The engine is rebuilt but the code disappeared after i rebuilt it
Or bad MAF sensor?? Or the electrician didn't do a good job? B cuz am not convinced by his work honestly, he said there's a power going in the wires but I dnt know am not convinced
I got the valve covers n the spark plugs gaskets needs to be replaced b cuz there was an oil in the spark plugs when i changed them, so i bought a fel pro gasket n l'll install it within couple of days, any ideas before i open the valve cover?

Yeah this code drove me crazy :)

Wow, talk about throwing parts at the problem. What actual diagnosis did you perform, if any?

Its not throwing actually its kinda a reason to prepare the car for boost, the diagnosis was performed by me first n then marty n then that stupid electrician who didnt know how to work, what kind of diagnosis? I mentioned that already, n am still looking for a good electrician to fix the circuit b cuz they're kinda stupid here n no one wanna work on that particular circuit :( i hope the problem only is the circuit

I've read that article and it was Wright about the wiring harness and i finally fixed it and so I've been driving the car for couple of days now and got rid of the cats and tuned by MartyO yesterday and the car seems to be ok so far no codes appeared until now.
So the problem was the wiring harness for the driver side o2 sensor and this time it was fixed by a professional :)
