Can we get a list going of exactly what's needed? I know extend the maf, tps, and iac wires, relocate the battery, adjust the accelerator and cruise control cables. Besides getting the bigger blower do you have to swap the lower intake or do any additional modifications? I'm looking to do the swap and all info would be appreciated.

Battery tray, Metco crank adapter and pulley ring for a Cobra.
I would go with a better tensioner, bigger TB, and at least 60lb injectors

Thanks, any tensioner recommendations? I know the thumper rrr was one guys here brought back when. I have 60lb injectors already installed w/ 2 aeromotive 340 pumps, 2 fpdm’s upgraded wires etc & the 4lb lower already installed.
I have the Aluminator 10:1 for the power plant. Should I go with 3.2 or 3.0 upper pulley Im looking for no more then 20psi 560-600 rwhp.
No new intercooler or adapter plate needed?

20psi on a high compression engine? I dont know if I'd go that high Nate.
You will need the Metco hub. Trilogy has a shorter snout length.
As far as tensioner I have a Thumprrr. That coupled with Jerry's pulley bridge I have no belt slip.
Intercooler will bolt right up no prob

Got cha. Is Jerry still providing the pulley bridge? I've seen pictures, looks to be a solid piece with good craftsmanship. Going to keep a lookout for a 2.3 Whipple on the mustang boards.

I'm sure he is. PM him Nate. Jerry makes top of the line stuff.
BTW a Trigoly is made by Magnuson not Eaton.

Magnusson used the eaton MP112 for Trilogy

The image you posted isn't a Trilogy. Google is not your friend.
Look at your SC. the Trilogy snout looks nothing like the image you posted.
Try putting an Eaton pulley on a Trilogy SC and see how well it works.
Let's not derail the thread

Funny because if you read the thread linked you would have noticed the only Eaton part referenced is the rotor pack..
So maybe your statement correcting me should have read "the Trilogy has an Eaton rotor pack and a Magnuson housing and snout"
You post incorrect info all the time. This time is no diffrent.
Nothing against you personally I'm sure your a swell guy.

Whatever..i don't post mis info all the time, so I said case instead of rotor pack..so my context was different than yours. excuse me for living

What's a good upper/lower combo you think for the 10:1 Aluminator?

I wouldn't go over 18 psi unless you're using race fuel or your tuner pulls spark and/or richens it up.
I would imagine a 3.5/4lb may get you over 18 with your cr and a 2.3l whipple.
Someone here will know for sure...

Even 18 psi is a bit aggressive for 10.1 c/r I think. I would recommend you go with a stock lower and just use the 3.5" pulley that comes with the 2.3L Whipple. 15 psi is what you should see with that combo, any higher and you basically start threading the needle so to speak with tuning.
Any plans on using higher octane?

Naw. Just 93 pump gas. With my Trilogy I'm at 18psi 3.0 upper and 4lb lower. Been like this for since 2010. I don't race the car at the track and just weekend driving. She's kept in the garage mostly. Just a lil spirited driving here and there. I'm track retired though lol.

What kind of horsepower numbers do you see on your Trilogy at 18 PSI? im at 15psi on my trilogy 93 octane with 100% methanol. Runs good at 80 degrees and Below. anything over 80 and it's a dog with this Texas Heat!

488 rwhp 494 tq this was like 8 years ago when I got a dyno tune week before I upgraded the dual fuel pumps etc. Actually I checked my records I maxed at 17 psi. But it runs close to 16.5 psi actually.

Did you tune for the meth? That's something I never wanted to do incase I ran low. Never wanted the car to be reliant on meth but as a addition to help it to cool. I have a kit on my car as it stands, I just need to replace the pump for the kit. But honestly I never really cared to use it.

The max PSI should be dependent on your tuner and his abilities to keep the detonation threshold low. 20psi on 93oct is a lot of boost for a low compression engine. Your setup is high compression so be careful.
I have seen a few Cobras run high compression Aluminators with high boost but they were corn feed.

Speaking from my own research and experience you cannot compare 18psi on a Trilogy versus a Whipple. At 18psi the Trilogy isn't efficient and easily gets heat soaked. Nothing you can ad to make up it's inefficiency.
My Trilogy ran for years @13.5psi in the Mississippi heat. Boost was good through the power range and would only experience heat soak after beating on it. My TVS is @20psi, the boost comes up way faster and the only way to describe it is violent. Heat soak on the TVS is definitely less frequent but the power is just awesome.

Now imagine making 20#s on 93 while bleeding off the excess thru a wide open 50 mm Tial! [emoji1303]

04 Cobra iron block with 8.5 compression pistons (that's stock for this configuration).
